How To Use The Stampin' Up! Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine - Video

Stampin' Up!'s Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine (standard sized) is available to demonstrators now and to customers on September 1.  It's also available to add to a Starter Kit now (by adding it to a Starter Kit, you'll get it for $99 and free shipping).  When I began stamping and scrapbooking, the only "people" I knew with a die-cutting machine were the local scrapbooking and stamping stores.  When I wanted die-cuts, I'd pay a fee to the store and spend an hour creating a stack of everything I thought I might use.  Now the machines are built for the home crafter and there's hardly a project made that DOESN'T use a die-cutting and embossing machine!  Stitched shapes, labels, titles, layered flowers, boxes and bags.....SO much possibility!

I've been playing with this new one from Stampin' Up! and two things impress me the most: how easy the sandwiches glide through the machine without any struggle on my part and that the plates are numbered.  This means those with arthritis or other hand issues will find it easier and more comfortable to turn the handle.

Did you notice in the video the deep embossed impressions?  That really caught my attention because it's more striking than the impressions I was getting on my old machine (a Cuttlebug by Provo Craft, which is no longer made).
